Callaway drivers have a rich history of research and development that spans over thirty years. The most significant, innovative design to emerge from this frenzy of activity is the Callaway Great Big Bertha Driver. This iconic club first appeared in the early 1990’s and quickly established itself as a game changer and pro favourite. Since that first appearance the GBB driver has gone through a number of iterations that have included some truly revolutionary technology. Every time Callaway release a new driver it becomes clear that the company is still striving to achieve the mandate laid out by Ely Callaway back when the company was founded and produce a product that is “pleasingly different and demonstrably superior”.
The most recent additions to the Callaway driver family are the Rogue and XR speed variations. Both of these clubs build on the previous success of GBB, Epic and XR to produce options for every golfer to maximise their enjoyment of the game while incrementally improving distance, speed, control and accuracy.
