1. Eligibility & Membership

2. Earning JamRewards Credit

Purchase Rewards:

Earn 2.5% in credit for purchases with an item total below £500.

Earn 5% in credit for purchases with an item total of £500 or above.

Exclusions: Credit cannot be earned on telephone orders.

Credit Issue Timing: JamRewards credit will be added to your account 14 days after your purchase date.
3. Using Your JamRewards Credit

Redemption Process: To use your JamRewards credit, simply head to checkout, select “Use My Account Balance,” and apply it towards your order. You can use it to:

Cover the full order amount if the credit balance is sufficient.

Pay partially and cover the remaining balance with any other available payment method..

No Cash Value: JamRewards credit has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.
4. Expiration & Account Management

Account Inactivity: If your JamRewards account remains inactive for 18 months, any remaining credit balance will be written off.

Account Freezing: We reserve the right to freeze your account if any misuse or exploitation of the programme is suspected.
