Adam Scott
Adam Scott
Since turning pro in 2000 Adam Scott has racked up an impressive number of tour wins and a considerable pot of prize money but the Adelaide native became familiar with winning from his amateur days. Winning the Australian Boys’ Amateur twice in both 1997 and 1998 he was also a member of the Golf Australia national squad and received their support as an elite player. Scott’s first pro title came during his first full year as a pro when he won the Alfred Dunhill Championship in South Africa by beating Justin Rose by just one stroke. Adam has been a regular member of the international team at the presidents cup but has yet to be part of a winning team there.
